Hire San Diego is a "one-stop shop" solution for hiring interns and full-time professionals for your company. Hire San Diego is a joint MBA career fair held for graduate business students at San Diego State University, University of California, San Diego and University of San Diego. You will have access to 500-plus business professionals seeking internships and full-time opportunities.

Company Presentations
Company presentations allow employers the opportunity to communicate with potential candidates for internships and/or full-time careers, as well as provide students exposure to various firms. An informal overview of the company is followed by an opportunity for students to pose questions.
The presentations will typically follow this format:
- Company presentation for 30 minutes
- 15 minutes of group Q&A
- 15 minutes of informal networking

Career Panels
Professionals working in a particular industry or function are invited to share their knowledge and experience about the field, and possible career paths, to a focused audience of Rady MBAs.
The panels will typically follow this format:
- 30 minutes of pre-notified questions and general discussion
- 15 minutes of group Q&A
- 30 minutes of informal networking

Directions and Parking
Getting Here
The closest and most available parking to the Rady School is located in the Hopkins Parking Structure. Parking kiosks are available on all floors of the structure.
Reaching the Rady School
The Rady School is located in Otterson Hall, in the northwest corner of the UC San Diego campus in La Jolla. La Jolla is north of downtown San Diego, and is best reached from Interstate 5. Directions are below.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 5, exit on Genesee Avenue heading west.
Proceed to the third light at the top of the hill.
Turn left onto North Torrey Pines Road.
Turn left onto Northpoint Drive.
Continue on Northpoint as it circles around the football field.
The Hopkins structure will be on your right.
Once at Rady
From the Hopkins Parking Structure, you will exit on Ridge Walk and turn right. The Rady School is the green and brown building down the walkway after IRPS (left), Home Plate and Peets (right).
